Graded exposure therapy workshop

Two-part programme with practical application

Equip staff with the knowledge and confidence to apply evidence-based techniques that support individuals experiencing anxiety and avoidance behaviours. The workshop explores habituation, a gradual reduction in anxiety responses through structured exposure.

Adult care diplomas

Our Adult Care Diplomas provide a clear progression route within the care sector, from Care Assistant through to Team Leader, Assistant Manager and Registered Manager roles.

These nationally recognised qualifications help meet CQC requirements, develop practical workplace skills and support career progression.

Qualifications available

Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care
Ideal for care assistants and those new to the sector.

Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
Suitable for experienced care staff and team leaders.

Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care
Designed for senior supervisors and assistant managers.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care
Suitable for care managers and aspiring registered managers.

Key features

  • Work-based qualification requiring employment or voluntary work within a care setting
  • Practical assessment methods, including observation, coursework and workplace evidence
  • Flexible learning designed around work commitments

Costs and funding

Most qualifications, excluding Level 4, may be fully funded through apprenticeship programmes.

The Level 3 Diploma may also be funded through Skills for Jobs funding, subject to local availability.

All qualifications are available on a commercial basis for learners who are not eligible for funding.

This option may be suitable for:

  • Employers seeking an alternative progression route
  • Individuals who do not meet funding eligibility criteria
  • Overseas staff who have not yet met residency requirements
